Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable School Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning learning environment. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, and painting throughout the school building and grounds.

 Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Prepare and paint classrooms, hallways, offices, dorms, and other areas as needed
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain school grounds and assist with snow/ice removal
• Set up and break down for school events
• Not limited to duties listed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule

Full-time position; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
